Mission Trip Part 2 Student Name Here Institution Mission Trip Part 2 Introduction Our mission project had planned to explore countries in Latin America. The list was reduced to only because of a tight budget. I ended up choosing Haiti and the decision was reached because of all the Latin states, the country was most the affected. The country is encountered with numerous challenges, and the major being food and water insecurity. The problem is caused by the prolonged drought affecting much of the nation (Human Rights Watch, 2017). The mission’s main objective is to visit the country to feed the hungry children and women. According to UNICEF, (2016) women and children are the most affected. My team comprised of six members will be staying in a hotel in Port-au-Prince, Haiti’s largest town, and visit the field for a six days to supply food and water to the vulnerable. Since the project is working on a tight budget, we shall hire an affordable means of transport that will be used for logistics purpose. Therefore, this paper discusses possible trip expenses.
